“My last trip to Chick-Fil-A was on 10/16/2025. Everything went well the food and service was on point as usual. But sadly this will be my last visit until change occurs. Recently in Augusta GA a Black Police officer was denied the same complimentary meal that his white co workers received. He was embarrassed....and I am embarrassed for Chick-fil-A. Shame on you. So since he was shown no respect 😒 you Chick-fil-A can no longer have any of my money.“

“We were on vacation in Columbus, Georgia and stopped in to eat.
We sat down at a table and used the Chick-fil-A app to order our food. It came out quickly, correctly and delicious.
The staff, of course, were pleasant and helpful.“
“We love Chick-fil-A ❤ This location was busy during the time I went but we hard a hard time finding clean tables, they forgot my drinks with my order, and my food was (at best) luke warm. Maybe they need some extra help? Employees were very kind and had no issues with the atmosphere.“
“This has been my favorite Chick-fil-A. This caramel cream cold brew is terrible though. It looks and tastes like it has been sitting on the counter for an hour or 2 and they decided to get rid of it when I came through. I’ve had it and the first time I tried it it was excellent. It’s been down hill from there. This is just a room temp coffee. There’s no caramel, ice, or cream. Thankfully this was a reward, but a wasted reward though.“
