“Emma was the associate that took my order. She did a very friendly and constructive throughout the process with right order and efficient. But two things, I understand that the place are close bonded to each other as an associates but are we really needing to yelling across from front counter to the kitchen? Is that how a team lead talk to another? Two they might’ve rush my fries a little bit and slightly under cooked them and no salt which was a bit disappointing but I still love the place. It’s right around the corner I go here after work or lunch break from time to time. I’m not going harsh on them and thank you.“
“My last trip to Chick-Fil-A was on 10/16/2025. Everything went well the food and service was on point as usual. But sadly this will be my last visit until change occurs. Recently in Augusta GA a Black Police officer was denied the same complimentary meal that his white co workers received. He was embarrassed....and I am embarrassed for Chick-fil-A. Shame on you. So since he was shown no respect 😒 you Chick-fil-A can no longer have any of my money.“

You can tell the staff cares about consistency and making sure customers have a good experience. Definitely one of those places that leaves a solid impression and makes you want to come back again.“
