The customer service is no longer top tier. It seems like they may be losing their way. I've started going to the Taylor Street location. I had a horrible experience at Truett's as far as wait time, but I must admit that management was responsive to my feedback. I'm hoping things even out.Good food. Fast services. This is a very busy location. Curbside is typically faster than drive through. Customer service is usually top-tier.“
