Chick-fil-A in Newnan

“Excellant fast service as usual. I walked in to get my order that I placed with the app. I walked up to the pick up counter. I was greeted immediately. Said my name. And the staff said oh yes. Here you go. I said with surprise, thank you. And he said my pleasure. It gives such a warm feeling, an appreciated customer.
The food was hot and delicious.
I forgot I needed a second bag to put my friends sandwich in so I went back to a different part of the counter. And a nice young lady got me another bag and helped me split the food into my friends bag.“

“Always a pleasure. Chick-fil-A has become one of my favorite dying experiences simply because of the hospitality and friendliness of the staff. This should be a standard for all fast food restaurants instead of always feeling like an inconvenience.“

“We were in the drive through on the evening on May 20th when our engine started smoking and caught on fire. The employees were swift to get a fire extinguisher out to the car and put out the fire. They even helped push our car into a position for us to get it towed later. Once things calmed down, we went inside to wait for our uber and they treated us to some complementary ice cream. The employees here provide exceptional customer service and the light of Christ really showed through their actions. We highly recommend this location and we will never forget the way you made us feel. Thank you!!!“
