“I've gotta say, I've never written a review or considered writing one. This time I really felt like I had to. I came to Jimmy Johns and my bank was having some issues with debit cards causing mine to decline. We tried to figure it out for a while and the staff was super patient, understanding, and incredibly chill. Anyways, my card wouldn't go through for whatever reason and I was pretty sad but they tried to give me my food for free. They went to go get it and I slipped out the door feeling bad that I wouldn't be a paying customer. The man chased my car down to give me my food! I can't recall the last time something this wholesome has even happened to me. An unexpected headache turned into something I'll remember for a long time.“
