Paul messer herles Ortiz sirs you need to get on these employees here at your prince avenue location I’ve been sitting here waiting for a DoorDash order and have been waiting for around 45 minutes which is unacceptable in and of itself but the fact that you have employees sitting in the lobby vaping instead of making the order is beyond unacceptable this happened between 5:30 and 5:45 am Sunday November 9th there has not been anyone in the drive thru since I arrived so it’s pretty unbelievable that this order is taking longer than just a few minutes to prepare. Just wanted to make you aware that your employees are vaping in public view in the lobby which as you should be well aware is a health code violation and as of right now I have also watched while sitting here after 6 am I have watched the staff turn away about 6 customers from entering the lobby as it’s clearly marked on the door that the lobby opens at 6 am it is now 6:15am and they are still turning customers away and refusing to open the lobby also while refusing to open the lobby they left the DoorDash window open which again as you know a health code violation (pics as proof) and also poses a security risk
Edit after finally getting into the lobby after no customers in the lobby all night I was literally the first person in the men’s room and there is a lobby chair in the men’s room stall as well as marijuana crumbs on the changing table and cigar tobacco in the toilet as well as the restroom was filthy again pics will be added as proof. I mean if they aren’t making orders what exactly are you employees doing while you are paying them

Mobile order this is twice it happens they forget to put your items in the bag and then expect you to drive all the way back in order to get something resolved. Very bad they should verify that all items are in the bag before giving it out to the customer. Sure thing I’m gonna go to Burger King next time

At drive thru getting breakfast. The big breakfast with pancakes with a large orange juice. I ask the drive thru girl for and extra syrup and jelly. 2 in total each and only got one each.Got home in less then 5min to find I didn't have any pancakes. I ate the biscuits and drank the juice cause I was too disappointed
