“I placed a large order for pickup and had issues with the order going through. I reached out via email and got a very quick response from Michael. He spent alot of time and effort trying to help me. I was able to pickup the order yesterday with no issues, the food was delicious, service was super friendly. I have already recommended to a few friends in the Athens area. This is a great location if you have food restrictions like vegan, keto or gluten. Highly recommend!“

“This place is great! Been here multiple times and the food is always great, the staff is awesome. They messed up my soup one time and I wasn't going to say anything because I like all of the soups so I started eating my other food and as we were eating, they came up and said they remembered they made a mistake and brought me the other soup as well!!“

“We had such a wonderful experience with this Chick-fil-A location! Their team was incredibly friendly, professional, and organized when helping us coordinate a catered lunch for our workforce development organization and nonprofit in Athens. We were hosting a solar installation bootcamp, and their support made a huge difference. The food was delicious, the service was seamless, and their partnership helped fuel our students so they could perform their best and stay energized while learning. “We eat here a lot. I was happy to see an offer for a bonus $5 gift card with purchase of a $25 card. So I go for the offer, only to discover, several screens into the process, that there is a $2.50 "digital services fee." Come on guys. This really leaves a bad taste in your mouth.“

“A smaller footprint than I’m used to, definitely more geared to to-go orders - all orders come up via the rapid pick-up window (from which food came up quickly). But still, ample room 10-15 tables of varying sizes. Very clean both in the dining room and in the bathroom. Music was great. They could use a few more outlets around the place (and the ones they currently have only have one regular plug and then two USB (not USB C) connections. Had a very pleasant interaction with staff. Food is exactly what you’d expect for Panera - never going to blow your mind but absolutely solid.“

“I was traveling through the area and decided to stop in for lunch. This location was extremely busy. I had a hard time finding a parking spot.
The interior was chaotic with customers. I decided to find a table and order on the app.
Everything came out much quicker than I expected and was piping hot.
I can totally appreciate consistency of product no matter the location. CFA has an excellent reputation for and does not disappoint.
I look forward to every visit to one of there locations. Bubba has done a good job at keeping the core of the business model prevalent even after Truett’s passing. Long live the chicken sandwich…… and the nuggets too!“

“Went for my birthday and were blown away by the salad bar and all the delicious meats! If you have been to Fogo de Chao in Atlanta, you are in for a treat here in Athens at 1/2 the price! Service was excellent too. Will be back for sure :)“
