Very cool fast casual/cafeteria style BBQ joint. I got the Nachos with brisket, collard greens, fried ocra, and the rum yum yum cake. It was a HUGE amount of food and all so good. I was on a work trip and was soo disappointed I couldn't take my leftovers. I'm not usually a fan of rum cake but their take was so good. The sauce wall was great too!
We had an amazing experience at Saucehouse BBQ today with a party of 45-50, and they handled it perfectly! The staff was courteous, efficient, and welcoming. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Christopher Belk, and the manager, Ms. Linda, both of whom made sure everything ran smoothly. Despite the large group, the service was fast, and the food was fantastic! I ordered the pulled pork with nachos, cheese, and salsa, along with mac ’n cheese and beans—everything was delicious....
