“We ordered through uber eats and we ended up missing half our order. We called in asking about the issue, and they told us to order again through the app (After we got our refund) and re-order our food. They (Taco-Bell) proceeded to apologize on a nice note, and provided vouchers for the mistake. Kudos for owning up and providing A-1 service.“
“We made a mobile order after the ga game and when we got there, the cars were wrapped around the building. We only sat in line for 10 min from the time we got there til the time we got our food. The staff members were working very hard and efficiently to get everyone what they needed. We were very shocked but thankful we didn’t have to sit in line for an hour to receive food.“
“A little messy in the wrapping on the taco side! This place also has KFC in it! The chicken we got was all dried out, like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. One of the ladies there was complaining about my mother having to use the restroom. Another employee let her in the restroom. We were reminded rudely that we were not aloud to eat there. They had signs stating that! Last I checked I've been able to read since I was 4! So i didn't need that speech! We took the food back the next day. The employees that day made it good. Replaced our meal and apologized for the inconvenience of having to bring the food back. Not one of my choices to eat at again!“
“I hadn't left a review in my years living in Athens simply because it was just taco bell, but this fall it seems to have really stepped up. I've been 4 or 5 times since August and each time the ordering has been easier and kinder, the food has been fresh and obviously not just sitting, and it seems busier. It's been wonderfully tempting not to see how long this streak lasts. Definitely worth the drive to this location. Thanks taco bell ??!“

Turns it into a HUGE crispy, delicious burrito at only $5.50. Upgrade the Chicken Enchilada Burrito with Pico and get it grilled and it is WAY better.“
