It was Christmas Eve, seated upstairs, a table of 7. Four other tables full of customers. One cook, one waiter, and one bartender. Other employees called in sick. They did not miss a beat. Super impressed with the service. It rivaled the food that was also awesome.
Would be five stars but the manager asked our server to let us know our table is reserved (so we needed to leave in a timely manner). Rubber me the wrong way, come tell me yourself. Tipped server well. Not her fault.
The Place exceeded my expectations. Let's be real, most American cuisine restaurants are pretty formulaic. I expected the same here, but i was met with a $10 hefty portion of a delicious, tangy, buttery sandwich with perfect mashed potatoes. The workers are so nice and attentive, and it's definitely being added to my list of places with good tuna melts. Can't wait to be back for dinner!
