They are about as close to an original gyro you can get in the Athens area. If you want it original style ask for no lettuce.
I’ve only ever gotten the falafel gyro and hummus and pita and it’s one of my favorites in Athens. The staff is always nice. They’ve changed owners recently and they’re not the best and kinda rude. Not always open when they say they will be. Not a bad takeout spot but they don’t seem to like when customers stay long. Been told to leave so they could close the upstairs long before the restaurant is supposed to close a few times since ownership changed...read full review
While I had low expectations at first when I ordered, when I got the gyro I was blown away. It was very good and they packed it with meat and didn't skimp. Would recommend 100%.
