I visited your restaurant 3/15. I waited by the door to be seated. After 5 mins of waiting a non colored couple entered the establishment. The barista immediately acknowledged them and sat them at the first available table. I waited to see if she was going to acknowledge me she didn't. She promptly went behind the bar and started having conversations with other patrons without acknowledging my presence.

James was a phenomenal bartender and gave great service. However the hookah girl was very rude, dismissive and under trained. She seemed as if she didn't want to be there from the time we walked in.... Meanwhile, I could count 2 hands on how many people that was there.
The hookah girl sat on her phone the entire time with her face balled up while letting her tables go under. We simply asked for more coal (in which it shouldn't be a request, it should simply be changed...read full review
