V's Taste of 700 Islands is a lovely spot for authentic Caribbean food, described as a vacation destination and like entering a favorite aunt's kitchen. The food is amazing, super outstanding, absolutely delicious, and well seasoned, with every bite full of love. Popular dishes include the oxtail, jerk chicken, curried chicken, and jerk wings, which are fall off the bone. Excellent sides are the Mac n cheese, cabbage with diced red and yellow bell peppers, plantains, collard greens, yellow rice, and stew. The portions are generous and beyond generous, offering great bang for your buck. It is not a dine-in place, but the service is friendly and fast, with a big, warm smile.
