We stopped here while shopping at Lenox Mall. Had a couple of lemonades and an order of the pretzel dogs. Nothing was exceptional about service or food…at this point.

Popped over after lunch while walking the mall getting my steps in. I smelled the yummy goodness of the pretzels that I know historically are not good for you, but we do it anyway. Yes the customer service is poor. But that's a trend in Atlanta, especially among young people. That's predominately the type of employees that work at this location. I pay it no mind because I have to get my pretzel fix. Most of the time the pretzels are near fresh, or at least not too old. Sometimes, they just need to be trashed instead of sold, as they sometimes do. The employees need to have more of a sense or urgency and care enough to keep fresh product stocked....
