This spot is inside lenox Mall across from the Apple store. I love the ppl working there. Everyone is super friendly. They also have holiday paper ornaments in cute shapes you can pick out. This is the second cap one cafe I have tried, and to be honest, fewer stars because the drinks are very average. I really wanted to love thei3 coffee, but they taste not good and the handcrafted beverages - i tried natcha latte with oat milk. - tasted bitter after taste and was somewhat better...read full review

I don’t usually come to this location, however I decided to stop by. I was greeted by Whitteny. She suggested a drink to me that I wasn’t sure about but I decided to try it anyway. It surprisingly was delicious. She and I had a quick chat about the drink and during that conversation I felt like more than just a guest. I told her I would return just for her superior service.
