First time at a Shake Shack and I hope all of them are not run like this one. I fault this location's management for being out of ketchup, coca-cola, and strawberry lemonade. Especially during the holidays, businesses should be fully stocked, but to be out of all three of those at the same time? That means it's poorly run. food is good! but the staff is really negligent. they’ll make free food for their food court friends before serving paying customers and fool around behind the counter. i have been several times since opening as i’m always at lenox and never had an issue til today.
