some of the worst customer experience ive ever had in my entire life, lemonade tasting like straight tap water, order was incorrect, food is cold, employees dont want to provide a receipt, employees want to ARGUE about your order. management is lazy and doesnt do anything about it. employees MEAN MUG anyone walking up. this is ALLLLL at the kenwood mall in cincinnati ohio btw✌🏻✌🏻

Oh my God. Auntie Anne's hot pretzels are incredible. (And addictive!) Service and quality is terrific, and consistent.
