The mozzarella flight has a great variety, and the cheese pulling demonstration is a unique touch. Kudos to Chef Neal, a rising star in Atlanta, for the exceptional food, including the luxurious burrata, fresh focaccia, pork belly bao bun, and surprisingly great cabbage and pork shank.
