Normally, I do not arrive at an establishment late to order something I'm craving. However, on this occasion, I found myself in that situation. Instead of being able to indulge in something sweet with my boyfriend, we were turned away by someone who appeared to be the manager at 8:50, when the establishment's closing time is stated as 9:00. Having worked in the service industry, I understand the need to close on time, but it is not appropriate to turn away customers before the scheduled closing time. This kind of behavior is a major turn-off and deserves to be addressed. It's a surefire way to lose business. As an MBA graduate, I often use this as an example of poor management, something I am passionate about remedying within the business industry. this event occurred on April 28th 2024, my boyfriend and I are severely disgusted and will not be patronizing you any longer and we will not be referring others, until such behavior is reprimanded. After reading reviews management was supposed to be changed, but I guess that was a misrepresentated on the companies part. where's the integrity?

Very disappointed after frequenting this establishment often over the last few years and summers. Hours posted reflect closing at 9pm. We got there at 8:50pm, 4/28/2024, while customers were still inside and being serviced but we were told they were closed by an older person (assuming the manager). Obviously some sort of bias is in place with this establishment considering we were the customers being excluded. I hate this business feels ok with doing that.

Not sure why the customer service reviews are so bad and the owner’s response is “we’re having a hard time finding people who take the job seriously”. That just shows you aren’t paying them enough! I came in a few weeks ago 10 minutes before closing, the sno-cones were great and the employees did their jobs. Wasn’t expecting any stellar customer service because it’s a SNOW CONE SHOP not a customer service hotline. The reviewers with unreasonable expectations are ridiculous. Sad you’re closed and blaming it your employees rather than unsupportive management.

Came here yesterday and was nothing but AMAZING. Anyah and the other young lady were great people to talk to! Going to school in Louisiana, I had snoballs every other day. Now I know where to go in Atlanta !!
I wish I could not put any stars!!! This place is very unprofessional. Me and my husband stood there for 10min and didn’t get acknowledged by anyone. Two workers walked past us and didn’t even acknowledge us. We didn’t even get greated walking in! We literally just walked out. We will never return here!

The snow cones here are incredible, really. And all of the hourly employees are great, but the manager/owner is just truly awful. The amount of times I've been in there and overheard him being condescending or just downright rude to his employees, well I say "the amount of times" but it's every time I've seen him in there honestly. This morning I saw him taking a leafblower to the litter in his parking lot, and blowing it into the street and the yards of his neighbors (picture provided). I would love to tell people to frequent this place, because I cannot stress enough how great the snow cones are, but it's very hard to justify supporting management like this.

I was craving a snowball and this experience didn't give "the fix" I desired.Firstly, the customer service lacked, heavily. The employees appeared lazy and uninterested in providing service. They were sitting on the stools at the register and barely spoke.As for The snowball, perhaps I should've told the young lady, "easy on the syrup", as my shaved ice turned into kool-aid real fast.Overall, would I return? No thanks.
