Came here yesterday and was nothing but AMAZING. Anyah and the other young lady were great people to talk to! Going to school in Louisiana, I had snoballs every other day. Now I know where to go in Atlanta !!
I’ve been to a number of snoball places in my life, but never one like this. Staff was not friendly in any capacity and took WAY TOO long to make and serve each order. Each of the snoballs were great in taste, but not worth having to deal with the staff. For 3 snoballs and only 3 orders in front of us - we were there for almost an hour and a half. Won’t be going back.

Not sure why the customer service reviews are so bad and the owner’s response is “we’re having a hard time finding people who take the job seriously”. That just shows you aren’t paying them enough! I came in a few weeks ago 10 minutes before closing, the sno-cones were great and the employees did their jobs.
