BJ Roosters is a popular gay dive bar in Atlanta, featuring male go-go dancers, a DJ, dance floor, pool tables, and an outdoor patio. The bar has a diverse crowd of all ages and is straight-friendly. The atmosphere is fun, with great music and a large patio space. The bartenders and staff are generally friendly, with Twee keeping glasses full and Chancey always smiling. The food is bar food, but the chicken tenders are on point. Drinks are pretty strong, and the go-go boys look good, with some like Thor being amazing. Most days have no cover, but weekends cost $10. Some dancers, like Phoenix, may charge unfairly, while others like Sebastian, Maverick, and Jasper are honest. Lap dances are great, and the place is worth visiting for its unique experience, though cash is recommended.
