We are inundated with requests for reviews nowadays. So I only review someplace if it’s extraordinarily good or extraordinarily bad.
This Boars head Café was extraordinarily bad.
It was evident from the get go that the crew behind the counter didn’t have a clue of what they were doing. All six of them. I’ll say that again, there were six of them behind the counter to make sandwiches. I heard one person ask another what was supposed to be in my grilled cheese sandwich. Just look up on the board behind you. It lists the ingredients. While time I was there, I saw one lady asked for a refund, and two people were given the wrong orders. When my sandwich came out, it tasted OK because how can you really screw up the grilled cheese sandwich. However the bread was broken and it was not even grilled. One of the two things you really want in a grilled cheese sandwich. I should’ve gone to the Chick-fil-A that’s just a couple stores down. Boars head has always tried to be a brand of quality, but they’re really dropping the ball on this.

Very disappointed because i’d asked for Russian dressing on my Reuben, but they made with mustard, which i can’t eat. The sandwich also was still cold on the inside and cheese was barely melted. It made the whole sandwich just soggy since it wasn’t toasted enough.

This is fast food at the Atlanta International Airport. You should lower your expectations for any food establishment at Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson.
This Boar’s Head Café was busy on a Monday morning at 7 AM and was running efficiently. I asked for a croissant with egg. I asked them to remove the cheese. The server was cheerful and happy to help. She actually added additional egg in the absence of the cheese. Nice touch. I got through the line quickly. My order was taken. The coffee tasted well and I was satisfied.
If you approach these food establishments in any of the concourses in this airport with low expectations, you won’t be disappointed.
Parking: You’re at the airport for crying out loud, you’ve already parked your vehicle

If you’re looking for expensive stale cake, this is the right place. Do not commend it if you expect edible cake.

Understaffed for airport morning traffic. One manager running both sides. Nice but frustration shows in male worker. His hands were shaking. He was easily disturbed when i thought i ordered extra hot coffee. Manager gave me incorrect item. Cost is high for regular coffee

This place has issues. Employees look miserable and move with robotic slowness and sad expressions. What else can I say? Slow and sad. One cashier was on the phone the entire time. I tried to pay but she stared through me like I didn’t exist. Ended up getting dry grab and go sandwiches but still waited forever to pay.

Purchased a chicken BLT sandwich and made it a meal for $3.99 extra. When the lady at the counter rang it up there was and additional charge of $3.80 for a 22oz drink. I inquired about the charge and was told that is how the machine rings it up. It clearly states on the sign that the meal includes a brownie or chips and a drink. The food was fine, but the extra charge is uncalled for. I have attached a copy of my receipt. This was in the food court of terminal A at ATL.

I use to live in Atlanta and was looking forward to having enough time between flights to get my favorite “piece of cakes” slices. It was the worse… extremely dry not like the moist cake I was use too. I cannot stress how disappointing I was when I got home. When I took the first bite of the red velvet I spit it out the taste was different on top of the dryness and was afraid to go to the white chocolate, which normally has nuts on top but didn’t, but I did and it was just as bad.

They sold me rotten fruit from the kiosk at the ATL airport. There’s no phone number or way to contact them to let them know it to get my money back!! The fruit was gewey & smelled bad and rotten.

Awful just awful. The Roasted Veggie wrap was absolutely pathetic. No onion or feta cheese as advertised one or two miniature strands of roasted peppers and loaded with balsamic vinegar. Poor standard and a waste of money. Why even bother!

I’m not a customer here; I actually work at the airport, and to be honest, I really didn't want to bring this up. But talking to my bosses hasn’t fixed anything, so I figured I’d go straight to the source. I deal with your trash five days a week, and it’s not just you—everyone’s contributed to this issue. The way you toss out your leftover sandwiches shows you don’t think about the workers who have to clean it up. Instead of putting your sandwich containers in double-bagged bags, you just drop them in the bin one by one, which makes my nights and my coworkers' nights longer because you're too lazy to do a little extra before leaving. This review might not even get noticed, or if it does, I could end up getting fired for saying something. But honestly, I’m okay with taking that risk to shine a light on this ongoing problem.

Little to no eye contact from employees. No smiles. No one working the register. I had to wait over 4 minutes for someone to take my money. The roasted red peppers were so soggy and soft that they made my entire sandwich taste awful.

Very poor service. Asked for a wrap. The cashier rolled her eyes at me, put on gloves and then said “we’re out of wraps”. I presented cash and was told “ we don’t take cash” while the man standing next to me paid for his velvet cake with cash and received two 5s and a single. Took my receipt from the register as the cashier turned his back to speak with someone. Never again and I submit a very poor rating.
