This is the most unprofessional fast food restaurant I’ve even encountered. The worker manning the drive thru decided chatting with every client would be the best was to slow down serving customers. Please expect to lose a lot of business until you get a real manager in that store.
I was elated to finally try the ciniminis, for the last two times that i visited, they were not available. In the pics is the product i received with a warning that the contents may be hot... They were extremely cold, hard and even without icing. I am soooo disappointed in my old friend BK.
