Rating this CFA biscuit a 9.5/10. It’s squared cut which I’m not mad about. Buttery softness and the proportional size to the center circle of the wrapper is a key indication of a proper size biscuit 9/10. The chicken is up to the edges of the biscuit and as much as I like overhang it’s a clean distribution 10/10. This is my usual go to Chick-fil-a but today was not good. I don’t know if skipping my usual mobile ordering was right, but apparently not. The cashier was awesome and I truly appreciate that. The bagger and/or runner was not that nice. I assumed that the grilled chicken sandwich automatically came with honey roasted BBQ. When I saw that it was missing I inquired about it.
