Cascade Rd. area. The shrimp fried rice is a must-try, always fresh and peppery. The braised wings were well-cooked, but not a personal favorite. The lemonade was super sweet but easily diluted with water. The staff is upbeat and the service is quick, despite the long line. The cafeteria is no-frills and offers great value for money. A reliable spot for quality Chinese food that has kept its standards for over 20 years.
