If I could leave 0 stars, I would. For starters, the restaurant is filthy on the walk in. The employees are beyond rude and could care less about customer service. There was a young lady working the beginning of the line with a red wig on with one of the worst attitudes I've ever seen at any type of restaurant, fast food included. The slim girl with the blonde wig working the register also acts very irritated when you're asking for additional items. They're open until 11 but are out of half of the food on the line at 9. No steak, bottom of the barrel vinaigrette (just tasted like straight oil), no vegetables and the chips were also bottom of the barrel scraps, crumbs if you will. I asked 3 different times for a tortilla that never made it to my bag. How hard is it to slide the tortilla down with the bowl? They randomly stop the line and leave to go gossip in the back wile everyones waiting and then yell at you when you're not paying attention when they finally return. I probably eat chipotle every week. Due to previous similar experiences here, I make it a point to drive out of my way to the better locations. I only came to this location last night because I was desperate due to the weather. For such a prime area, everything about this place is disappointing.

Service was horrible. Didn’t get what I ordered. Gave a tip with my order only to have to turn around and go back. And the little guy had a problem with me not getting what I paid for.These kids today are going to have major issues . No sense of respect or customer service. If you don’t like your job, go elsewhere.lose the attitude.As a matter of fact, I’ll take my business elsewhere. I didn’t cause the problem. Pay attention to what your job is.

Went in yesterday to pick up an order made on the app. I looked on the shelf did not see my order or name (there were two bags there) so I stood there waiting for damn near 10 minutes just for someone else to walk in and ask them for the name and get their food. Mind you I stood there watching them bag the food they made and put it on the shelf above them vs the one for pickup. So I assumed it was a catering order or Uber eats or something. So I ask the lady if they don't put them on the shelf, and she said no because people steal them. Mind you she ignored me and saw me standing there. The whole time did not acknowledge me or ask me if I needed help or anything. On top of that this location is filthy as hell! The counters and floors were dirty. I've had nothing but issues with Chipotle here in the state of Georgia since moving here 6 months ago. And if it's a thing about people stealing orders out here in Georgia at these locations, then Chipotle needs to change pickup up info on the app...

Pretty bad! The first time I came the server had an attitude and gave me small portions, I was too tired to deal with the awkwardness after asking for an actual scoop of *rice* and let it go. I chalked it up to a bad day and tried doing an online order for pick up and it was somehow worse. I stood by the pick up section for about 15 minutes waiting for my order until a girl asked me what I was waiting for. She rudely explained that my order was already ready, they just don't use the pick up area due to theft. That's all fine but she could have told me that since I was literally 5 feet away from her and explained it pretty rudely, acting like I had done something wrong by hovering at the actual pick-up area.The food and portions were just as bad as when I had ordered in person. Not worth it! Save your time and money to check out Gusto or Blaze next door instead.

Yummy, but they aren’t very generous with the meat, they scoop it up and then dump out most before serving. It's annoying as hell, just get a small spoon if you want to be that stingy. Geez!

I ordered online to pick up my food. I ordered double beef and guacamole and I didn’t get either of them even though I paid for it. The website said my food was ready but when I arrived it wasn’t ready. Horrible experience overall.

I don’t know why ITP Atlanta fast casual restaurants cannot get their act together. This Chipotle and the nearby Zaxbys are consistently bad and surely do not adhere to brand standards of service, food prep, food quality, and inventory. Do any competent restaurant managers exist in urbanized Atlanta? It seems not.
