The older crews are the best when they’re on the line. The younger crew, which is ever changing, has some of the worst customer service ever. Greeted with an attitude, never have food ready, long lines with no type of courtesy to tell the reason for the delay. Went today for the new chips, and the cashier stated there’s no button for the chips, so would either have to get old chips or order the new chips online. Doesn’t make sense.
CAN YALL PLEASE STOP FORGETTING TO PACK PEOPLES DRINKS. I’ve had to get refunded 4 times in the last two months because my drink is always forgotten

The food is fresh and really good, with the food quality being the best of any of the Chipotle’s in Atlanta. While parking can be limited, the restaurant's accessibility for wheelchair users is not always clear.
