I ordered a chicken bowl, and unfortunately, the quality and taste of the chicken were terrible. Normally, I might give the benefit of the doubt, but not today (02-22-25). The chicken was undercooked and only half done. This is the second time I've experienced this, but I could eat the food. The chicken has a rubbery texture. I'll be heading to the store in the morning. Why is the chicken being cooked halfway, resulting in this rubbery consistency?
Monday night. No black beans (how does that happen?). No corn. Soda machine out of order so not even any ice.
I hadn't experienced this before. They were basically out of everything but even with me waiting a few extra minutes, I was able to get my order completed. It was only 7:45 pm.
