Got to them as there wasn't much else open. Four employees were there just hanging around. One was eating on a corner visible to the line of people that started developing after I got there. He didn't even acknowledge us. Another one was replenishing the food on a very passive-aggressive way and again without even bothering to say "give us a minute" nothing. She was making a mess while refilling the food in top of the already mess that was present. Another two were talking on the back. Again, all four of them were ignoring everyone on line. None of them said a word to us. Like they were so mad we dared to show our faces to eat at Chipotle. My husband ended up buying a bowl. I couldn't. The whole place looked disgusting with rest of food all over the place, and their attitudes didn't help either.

Worst chipotle ever. Women with bad attitudes and bad service. They give you a little bit of food and always out of stuff. Food in the airport is already expensive. They give you half portions.
This place is trash!

No offense South Carolina, but the food here is not like what we experienced in our former town. I think fast food needs to come up higher. It tastes like it’s reheated from frozen. Just doesn’t taste fresh. But we’ll keep trying and maybe we’ll find a restaurant that we like?

I walked up to the counter where three staff workers were sitting there talking. Turned to me and with attitude preceded to tell me they’re closed at 3:30 on a Tuesday afternoon. When I asked why, they snapped at me and said we don’t got no workers.. Seems like they need to rest staff that’s the way they’re gonna represent chipotle.

Can't speak to the service since it closed randomly in the middle of the day for restocking without any sign up. Rather than let waiting customers know this was their intent, they just ignored them.

You guys should order staff that cares to make the company look good. The airport says it opens at 9:30 but I was told 10. And when I asked the lady had an attire problem with the fact that I simply asked when they open. Then on top of it once I finally waited at 19 they didn’t have chicken ready. Like what have they been doing for 3 hours. I’ve run the same styled restaurant and they should be ashamed of how there running this. Now I have a 6 hour flight and I just waited for the food just for it to not be ready and I won’t be able to eat! That’s ridiculous

Extremely disappointed with my experience here. There was a long line, which would have been understandable if the service wasn’t so slow. Despite the delay, the staff showed little to no effort in providing proper customer service or addressing concerns. It felt like the customers were being ignored. Definitely not worth the wait. Would not recommend.

Terrible experience. The only meat options available were barbacoa and carnitas. They didn’t have veggies, lettuce, or guac either. I ordered a veggie bowl, and after finding out that half of the ingredients I wanted weren’t available (especially guac which is included in the veggie price) Brianna didn't even offer a discount and was super rude along with the lady making the bowl too. 0/10 I feel robbed

Why is this location always out of items. Went today and there was no steak, chicken, or rice. Every time I go at least one item is missing.
