Chipotle Mexican Grill is a reliable go-to spot with consistent quality. The staff members are super nice and attentive, quickly resolving any order issues. Despite some recent feedback about the drink dispenser being out of ice and the service declining over the last couple of years, the friendly young man with dreadlocks still provided excellent service. A catering order was handled with great customer care and attention to detail, and the notes on the boxes added a nice touch. However, one customer noted that the bag failed during transport, causing a mess. Another customer expressed disappointment that tipping is not possible at this location. Overall, many find this Chipotle to be one of the best they have visited, though there are areas for improvement.
