The steak that was cooked by Risa was amazing. I went and spoke to her to thank her personally. I had it rare. Thank you Risa!!

“I ordered the salmon quinoa salad, and it was completely over-salted — including the salmon — to the point of being inedible. The service was painfully slow as well. Overall, a very disappointing and poorly executed experience that I wouldn’t recommend.”

Probably best airport meal I've ever had. Service was friendly and checked to see you had time to dine with them before boarding. Would recommend.

Was charged twice on two different cards. Although I also left a tip was told rudely by the bar maid (innocence to leave) . You’re in the wrong job love…

First eating at this restaurant in the Atlanta airport. Let me just say, I had to stop eating so I could leave some for the flight because I wanted to enjoy the Shrimp Cavatelli again! It was amazing! Hubby had the pork pappardelle. It was good but no where as yummy as the cavatelli. I even looked the recipe so I can go home to try to make it. The fried goat cheese was out of this world. Hands down the best airport food that we have ever had.

Service was good. After I finished my meal there was a big roach crawling on the walls which ruined my experience.

Jesus Christ, I wish there was a zero star option. I had to endure this place 2 days ago whilst waiting for my connecting flight, which I just managed to catch, despite the shambolic service.
I should have overruled my wife when I asked her if we should leave, having waited 20 minutes just to be shown a menu.
The waitresses were sooo slow. Their pace reminded me of comic store guy in The Simpsons.
When it came to paying the bill, the one waitress I managed to speak to, insisted that I ask the person who served us. Why?! I certainly wasn’t going to give her an extra tip over the 18% mandatory service charge.
Rant over man.
They start ignoring customers and hour and a half before closing. From the reviews this seems like a blessing in disguise.
Beware of the 18% service charge. The lighting is dim and it’s very easy to overlook on the receipt. I ended up giving an additional 20% (!)

While more than half empty inside I was told I would have to wait 20 minutes or more to be seated in an airport where time is important while most dishes are sold cold!?

Had the worst meal and service EVER! The decor is deceptive - you will be happier with Burger King’s quality.
Management: your food is horrible and an absolute rip off. And the worst part is that the bartender “Innoncia” is even worse than the food! I will never be back.
The panini was so dry I thought I was eating a piece of cardboard. Not sure anyone in the kitchen actually tasted it before sending it out. We basically paid to be dehydrated. Even Burger King felt gourmet after this. Tragic.

Hands down the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to in my life. We ordered two paninis, easily the worst paninis I’ve ever tasted. Dry, tasteless, badly made honestly shocking. And the worst part? We paid 60 USD for this.
Paying that much money to eat something that bad is crazy. This place is absolutely not worth it. Save your money.
Service was amazing, our server (Keira) was super attentive. The fried goat cheese is incredible!

We always hit this spot when we have a layover on Atlanta, food and service is really good without feeling like you’re getting pushed out the door. This last time the exhaust fans weren’t working and it smelled like salmon cooking, we ended up smelling like that the rest of the day.
