The quality of service offered by the staff was impressive and exceeded my expectations. However, the speed of getting the food was quite slow. they need more teamwork with the cook!
This is my usual Einsteins that I go too. Me and my fiancé grabbed a bagel this past weekend around 1pm on Sunday. When we arrived, there were quite literally no more bagels. I wanted an everything bagel and my fiancé wanted a poppy seed bagel, but they didn't have any of those. They had some fruit ones left, whole wheat, and one-three other types. I came through the drive thru today. I’ve never eaten here before it’s my first time looking at the menu. The woman taking my order rushed me. The bagels I wanted to try, they were out of. So had to keep changing my order and got rushed through. Ended up with a random order. It was alright. The woman who cashed me out was nice but I was so flustered from ordering.
