Five Guys in Atlanta

“I had a wonderful experience at Five Guys, and while the food was great as always, the real highlight of my visit was an employee named Veronica. She is an absolutely amazing human being with the most positive energy! From the moment I walked up, she greeted both customers and her fellow team members with genuine warmth and enthusiasm.

It’s rare to see someone bring that level of kindness and uplifting spirit to their workplace. Veronica truly made the atmosphere feel welcoming and enjoyable. She is an absolute asset to the Five Guys team, and her outstanding attitude deserves recognition!“

“I have to say, I really like 5 guys food but this store amazed me. I could not believe the prices. 5 guys is not the cheapest burger buts it's really good but this store was alot more expensive than I have seen at any of the 5 guys I have visited. The food was still pretty good but A bacon cheeseburger, fries and a water was $24.00. I could not believe it. I definitely will not be going back and I will spread the word.“

“Awsome food. I did pay for an extra patty on my burger that I did not receive. I wasn't going to drive back (19 minutes) for a burger patty which I was intending to give to my dog anyway ($2.80 is so much cheaper than the $8 smallest burger and she won't eat the breading anyway) So we split my burger and I called customer service. This IS NOT McDonald's or any other chains customer service! I would have been happy with a $2.80 refund. They more than made up for it! I'm more prone to frequent an establishment that has made me feel satisfied when something goes wrong vs a place I haven't had a problem with yet (lets face it, mistakes happen) or the ones that make you feel stupid for making a complaint. I'd give them 6 stars for service if I could.“

“Regarding parking, here's the hack: use the Northside entrance, park by Lidl. After entering the parking lot, take a left and look for the blue staircase at the back left corner. Walk up those stairs, follow signs to Five Guys. Easy-peasy, 90-minutes free parking.“

“My burger was well cooked and prepared as requested - double lettuce, double tomatoes, and double onions. I had to repeat it many times for the cashier to understand how to put it in the system. Another more experienced worker assisted. I had doubts, but it was perfect.
The new process with fries not so great. We liked the cups better because they helped with sharing.
It was also a little loud for my taste. Plenty of other people seemed to enjoy it. Tables were clean. My shake was good too.“
