“It's the last Trader Vic's on the east coast, and one of a handful left in the world. The theming and decor have been wonderfully preserved, but the service hasn't been frozen in amber. The meals, drinks, and dining experience have been lovingly updated and improved over the past few years, really reaching high points for themed dining experiences. We went on a Friday before a concert across midtown, and the waitstaff were conscious of our show time and made sure everything came out quickly enough that we weren't late, but we never felt rushed. Food was fantastic, drinks were classic tiki cocktails with the kick to match.“

“I first ordered from Grubhub and it was so good we made the drive the next day. The beef and chicken and literally everything is amazing. Excellent taste, large portions, and it was delicious. To top it off, the two sweet women that worked up front made this my favorite place to go and take my daughter for amazing food and an atmosphere that feels like home. I hope more people come to this hidden gem, it’s worth the time!“

“Tried this place for the first time today and it was AMAZING! I ordered the large barbeque Hawaiian and that sauce is to die for. So so good! I also got the fire sauce they have and it was also very very good. My chicken was cooked perfectly. I added a small ginger salad dressing was definitely on point delicious. Only thing I wish is that that wouldn’t have put the dressing on the salad. I was planning on eating it tomorrow . I wasn’t mad tho the food was so damn good.“

Bathrooms are annoying because you need to ask to be let in. Besides that I loved the place. Good food, just no dine in.“

“I have never been to a poké place before and wanted to check this one out because it is right around the corner from my work, and i was blown away! The staff was very patient with me as i looked over all the options, and let me take my time in deciding what to get (i am a very picky eater). I cannot recommend the tuna enough, it was SO fresh, as was the seaweed salad. Overall, i had an amazing experience and the food was absolutely delish!“
