Trader Vic is a restaurant with rich history. My husband and I enjoyed our dinner. The food is really good. He really enjoyed the plantains and I enjoyed the fried mushrooms. There are artifacts all around. They even have tours telling about how they came into existence

Attended the 40th dragon con dinner at trader vics, the servers were incredible going above and beyond to accommodate our large private party. Shetu, and Anji even brought my wife a expresso Martini from the hilton above. 10/10 Stars
We are so happy to have a great experience at Trader Vic's ! We are annual attendees at Dragon Con and noticed the quality of the food, drinks and service had suffered over the past few years during the convention week. We decided to give it one more try since we stay at the Hilton and love the atmosphere of Trader Vic's. Trader Vic's offers a fun and lively atmosphere with delicious food and fantastic drinks. The mai tai and other cocktails are excellent and flavorful. Menu highlights include salmon with rice and a green spicy curry sauce, cauliflower and sweet potato curry, Puu Puus, and All-in fried rice. Service is attentive and pleasant, with professional bartenders pouring amazing drinks. The staff is friendly, and the ambiance is wonderful, creating unique vibes for a night out. Whether dining solo at the bar or with a group, guests feel well taken care of, even on busy weekend nights. A great place for dinner or pre-show drinks and snacks.
