Had a stale wheat bread sandwich here, and was treated pretty poorly by one of the staff members. When she asked if we wanted mayo on our subs, we asked “if mayo usually comes with Mike’s way” - she impatiently responded “that wasn’t my question,” and kept repeating it, getting increasingly impatient.
All this for an $11 sub? I get it - captive audience, but please spend that $11 at Varsity or Five Guys.

For a 2 crew operation, the first person taking orders did really really good, she was very vocally and guiding people through the line! I would say, very smooth! The only downside of my visit was the STRAWS out there, people touch it talk on to of it, you should have WRAPPED straws.

Waited 30 minutes. Staff was extremely rude to the customers in front of me. And then after they left complained about them to the customers behind us. Everyone was a bit scared of the lady and just wanted to be served. I get it is a thankless job but kindness goes both ways.

Rating a one only because I can’t leave a zero. Out of multiple meats and refused to substitute anything without giving you an additional charge. Employees are horrible, bad attitude, rude to customers, never ever will visit this place again. If you love Jersey Mike’s, don’t go here.

I threw out my first sandwich because it Tasted like dirt and the meat was metallic, they messed up my second order three times and they still forgot to add the seasoning for Mike's way. Tasted awful again. Each cold cut was taking approximately 3 minutes. They were working as slow as humanly possible.
This staff certainly knows how to sling subs! Just know what you want BEFORE it's your turn to order. What they have on the board is what they have. Still a good sub!

These poor employees were some of the least friendly I've encountered in awhile. Food was fine, and line moved relatively quickly. The workers just act like your very existence is a huge offense to them.

At 12:30pm 4/9/2024 I waited in line for twenty minutes (not a big deal! It’s an airport at lunchtime)! I was on the phone but paying attention to the line. The woman working the toppings station did not look at me but instead looked past me, made a snide remark that was something to the effect of “she must be seasick”, and made fun of me to other patrons for “holding up the line”. I hung up the phone and apologized. Although she clearly had 100% of my attention and respect, she then started loudly berating me for asking if she was talking to me. I have worked every type of food service job and loved it, so trust and believe that I’m not the type to make a complaint, even if someone was terrible at their job. Everyone has bad days. But this was straight up nastiness.
