“I ordered a super sub "mikes way." It was delicious, but a little messy. The sandwich maker double checked how much mayo I'd want on it, which was nice. The restaurant is clean. Despite clearly being understaffed, the speed of service was decent. Because they're understaffed though, they'll cater to customers waiting in line before handling online orders. I'll be back.“

“Would have give. 5 however if a person orders ahead (like 1.5 hrs ahead) that person would expect to pick up the order that was placed. In my case It was even late getting to be location.. Once snide I was asked if I was I kin up or placing; and after I said I was placing the young girl behind the counter (the only employee I’d since so far) continued working. I noticed there were two patrons inside the store, and she seemingly was making other to go orders. Well because I was slightly famished and trying to get back on my schedule; I inquired about The status of my order that was supposed to have been ready already and even mentioned that I apologized for being late to ick up my order. B Y this time yet another customer entered the store and said he too was picking up. The young girl behind the counter then without any provocation sassily told me that my order had been sliced but not dressed. She the. Continued making other orders. As I was beginning to ask if I could have my order, the young girl huffed and puffed then went to where my sandwich was kinda just sitting there (which I did t think was appropriate as I was unaware of how long it’d been there like that) she hurriedly and quite sloppily finished my sandwich leaving out two condiments that I’d asked for in my order, shied it tinto a bag and as I held my hand out to take the food that she just threw together she instead placed it on the counter just short of placing it in my hand and went back to preparing food. No thank you or sorry for delay or anything. I took my food and left after thanking her for her help. So disappointing when the customer pays for a stores or employees bad day! “We had a great experience here!This Jersey Mike's Subs location is close to Regal Perimeter Pointe, in a strip mall with lots and lots of free parking in the very large parking lot.The store has lots of windows, allowing lots of natural light to stream in during daytime hours. When we were there, the store was clean, including the floor and all of the tables. This is one of the more spacious Jersey Mike's stores, allowing customers to walk through all areas without bumping into the back of other customers' chairs like in other stores. Customers can sit at high top tables with tall chairs inside, or at regular height tables both inside and outside. One of the employees making sandwiches called out a hello to R and I when we walked through the doors. There were three other customers in line ahead of us, and the two employees working the line were fast and efficient, because the both of us were ordering within a couple of minutes. We both wanted #13 on the menu - The Original Italian, which comes with provolone cheese, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami, and pepperoni, we ordered one Giant sized sandwich, asking them the cut the bread in half before they make it so we could each have separate sandwiches since we don't agree on what should go on a sandwich.One of the reasons why I like getting Jersey Mike's sandwiches is because I can see them slicing off the meat right after you place your order, and I know the meat's not going to be dried out. Another reason why I like JM's is because they give you a decent amount of meat in their sandwiches. R opted for his sandwich to have lettuce, mustard and onions. I had them make mine Mike's Way, with onions, lettuce, tomatoes, spices, oil and vinegar, and adding mayo and pickles to that mix. The employee finished up by cutting each half of the Giant sandwich yet again before placing our halves in separate bags. NICE! We ate the delicious sandwiches inside the dining area. We'll definitely be back!“
“Subway, who?!?!This was my first time having Jersey Mike's, and I'd always wanted to try their food because I heard so many great things. The hype is warranted! I had an Italian Sub and Diet Pepsi. Everything was so fresh and high-quality. You do pay a little more, but I don't mind that when what you're getting is on par with the higher price. I also love that they give back to the community, that's important to me.The people there were really nice, too. I don't live in Brookhaven, but there's one over on Hugh Howell that's close by...You got you a new regular, Jersey Mike's!!! ??“
“My family and I often visit Jersey Mike's when we want subs. We love the hot chicken and steak phillies along with cold subs made Mike's way. The meat and veggies are always fresh and the bread is soft and delicious. We were shocked to find a chain that makes the best subs ever. In our opinion, they are a sub above the rest. We've visited several locations and, so far, found them all to be consistent.“

“Trying to eat keto is not the easiest when you are out and about and cannot always bring your lunch. Jersey mikes has a sub in a tub that is sooo good. I get the spicy Italian. I love it with onions and pickles and their spicy relish. Adding the oil and vinegar and a bit of mayo. It’s literally the entire sub without the bread. I tend to bring my own wraps that are low carb to eat with my sub in a tub. Or just eat it right out of the bowl. Easy and good. I used the online ordering app which made it very easy to order ahead so I could just run in and pick it up. Very easy and good…“
