Ordered for delivery - 90 mins no delivery even though app said on its way. I went to store. Manager said “ we tried to call” I said no missed calls - he then said must not have gone though. No drivers and we didn’t cancel or contact me. Unacceptable. Manager deserves to be fired.
I went to your downtown Decatur location because my last sandwich had tomatoes on it and I expressed no tomatoes when I ordered and my receipt did not show tomatoes. I ask for the 2 gentlemen I was told to ask for. Damick was the one at the store. As I was explaining the situation to him, he immediately interrupted me and said he needed to see my receipt. I showed him my receipt and he began to say "you came in on the 8th and got this and you just know going back?" I tried...read full review
