My wife and I recently moved into our new home in West Cascade, and during a late evening drive, we decided to stop by KFC—our first visit in several years. What made the experience so memorable wasn’t just the food, but the incredible service we received from Q, the cashier at the drive-thru.
Q was absolutely outstanding—friendly, funny, and genuinely welcoming. He greeted us with such warmth and even took the time to welcome us to the neighborhood, which meant a lot to us as new residents. He went above and beyond to ensure we left smiling and happy, and it’s that kind of rare, heartfelt customer service that sticks with you.

“Most customers think that as soon as they enter the building that their food should already be ready and made. it seems like you all lack patience! Imagine your kids/grandkids dealing with inconsiderate people like all the people whose complaining about simple things like speed and urgency, this isnt a luxury restaurant so stop looking for high end service. Nobody is your slave and there certainly not getting paid enough to break their bones prepping your food! GO HOME AND COOK!!! Good job workers keep it up“
“Other than great food, the staff made a tremendous difference. Mature, professional, patient, helpful, & understanding. I repeat.. Professional!For the 1st time in a while, I felt like eating inside. I haven't been to this location in over a year!Clean, calm atmosphere with decent (kid friendly) music at a nice volume. Not blaring. If I can get the same staff all the time, I'd definitely make it more often at that time.
Parking: They have drove thru, & there were enough parking spots available. The staff had the parking lot cleaner than I've seen in a long time.
Kid-friendliness: If you're lucky enough to have the early evening staff I did, you'll enjoy a clean, courteous atmosphere with decent music and a staff that doesn't use cuss words 2-3 times in every sentence. They also have kids meals. The new kfc nuggets are awesome -and the funnel cake fries are limited, but definitely worth it.

“I was out doing Uber Eats which is my job made a stop there at about 9:00 in the evening the gentleman running the cash register in the window was awesome with customer service and the food was so good that I had to just take a minute and park and eat hope to see you guys soon“
