I was invited a month ago for a VIP experience with my friends. We did it on 10/9. Had an AMAZING time solely thanks to Trinity, the Promotion Manager. From the initial offer, all of her communication for a month leading up it and everything she did for us the night we arrived, was 10 Stars!! Such a fun place to hangout in general but Trinity is true craftswoman at her job. She made our experience way above any rating and we will definitely be going back!!!!
Charmaine was amazing! Today - a busy Saturday watching multiple games, she made sure we were well taken care of and anticipated everything. Would love to have her take care of us again!
