I have eaten tacos and other Latin dishes all over North and Central America and I have never tasted anything as delicious as what I ate last night! I’ve been raving all day at the freshness and flavor, but especially the soft shell itself! I live an hour south, but I will be making it a point to make the drive because it’s 100% worth it!!
