So, no counter staffing, ordered on Kiosk, grabbed my number and sat down in noisy child filled dining area. Involved in work email, time passed. Then an empty handed worker approach the table to say she had been calling my number from the delivery pick up counter. I said, no I pulled number 52 which is standing on my table, just bring the order out. "We don't do that here!" I said, I will wait. She returned to the counter, spoke with mgr, hands flailing, and a no shaking...read full review
Most horrible McDonalds I’ve ever been to. The Manager was rude and hateful, and slammed the window in our face, and instead of talking to us and finding a solutions the problem. the manager called the police. When the manager was told he had to serve us, he closed the restaurant. My husband and I are blind have seeing eye dogs and can’t drive. Dinning room was closed for renovations and it was about 10 p.m.we asked for an ADA title two reasonable accommodation...read full review
Most horrible service ever, extremely unfriendly staff!!!
Me and three other customers were ignored for ten minutes before we left hungry and annoyed!
