I should've taken a picture of this place to show the line around the corner and they only had two employees. The cashier was not friendly with an attitude and the other person was gone half the time, very poor customer service. It took an hour to get an egg McMuffin and an orange juice..

45 minutes to get two small coffees. The workers were slow and unfriendly. No customer service skills at all. This was on concourse E. Someone asked for some hot water, along with a paid order, and they said they charge for it. Our coffee was weak and full of grounds. They need training.

Just a complete and utter failure of a location. No CO2, light traffic and wait times in excess of 20min, staff ruder than TSA, dirty. Avoid it. They should put a different vendor in this location since it is so poorly run.

This McDonalds is in need of new management. Was here in the morning and they don’t sell coffee. Don’t have sweet tea no hot water all they will give you is OJ and a few people could get soda. Also there is an ad for 2 for $4.49 and when I ordered it they say they don’t do promotions. Please tell me then why is it listed on the board ?? The gentleman that was doing the has browns was dipping them out of the grease with a scooper not lifted a basket. This caused them to be not cooked thoroughly and they were saturated in grease. The filth that is under the soda machines and on the floor was beyond acceptable.

Very bad service, they made a mistake when taking the order. When requesting the change they said it would be effective, however, they did not change the order and at the time of delivery, things were missing. They do not pay attention, they do not look or modulate when speaking. If you can, avoid this place and go to the ones in the other terminals.Awful service, they didn't take our order correctly and didn't bother to change the bill once we told them, and still missed some things. They're not paying attention and don't look at you when they're talking.If you can, avoid it and go to the ones in other terminals
