Subject: Customer Service Complaint – Store #6007, Ticket #600901 (Atlanta Airport)
To Whom It May Concern,
I’m writing to file a complaint regarding my experience at Store #6007 in the Atlanta Airport. I placed an order for two chili dogs, a drink, a bottle of water, and a small fry. I was told the wait time would be approximately six minutes.
However, after waiting for fifteen minutes, I approached the counter to check on my order. The staff seemed unaware of it entirely and asked me, “What are you here for?” — despite my order being associated with ticket number 600901.
The lack of communication, delay in service, and overall confusion was disappointing and unacceptable, especially in a high-traffic location like an airport where travelers are on tight schedules.
I hope this issue is addressed appropriately and that steps are taken to improve order tracking and customer service at this location.
Everyplace else had a line. Now I know why no one was waiting here. Just awful. Sloppy mess. Soda machine wasn’t working but they didn’t tell me until after I paid for combo. Employees did not care about service at all.
Nothing was ready, the hotdogs took 15 minutes to cook. They ran out of fries and they gave us potato chips as a substitute. Also, the worker started to handle the raw hotdog meat with her bare hands until her coworker reminded her
I didn't know that they served a chicken sandwich. Ordered a double. It was the largest, best tasting chicken sandwich I've ever had. Amazing. I highly recommend it 👌
He lied and said that there was no fries and when I seen the fries on the counter he told me he just did not want to cook the fries because they was about to close soon. Why is there if he don't want to work. Nathan's #6007 at the airport
1/2/25 - ATL - F & E concourse- at 7:40 PM - Do not know about- at 20 till 8:00 pm was told that “hot dogs will be 10 minutes and no French fries” actually had just finished cleaning grease out and wiping down fry area
Then 10 minutes later was told
“Hot dogs with ketchup and mustard only” the cold area with pans was set being set up for tomorrow. ( really is hot area but looked like turned off cleaned and ready to put in frig- when he clocks out)
Obviously he was setting up to go home - this is not service and you should check your sales - I bet you he has the worst sales for that shift. I know it is hard to find good employees but close your doors if you are counting on this guy
Always go out of my way to eat even if at gate A
Shocking service the guy wasn’t behind the counter then came back and midway through my order started shouting at his friend across the airport.
I forgot to ask for my order receipt at Atlanta airport, so I asked JT for help and she re-print my receipt for me. She was so friendly and really saved my day. ☺️
Poor customer service. No mustard. Cashier had to pour it into hot dog box. No professionalism
First time in this franchise “Nathan’s” hotdogs. Really seriously bad service.. i was waiting to place an order, but a girl was fixing cups with no greeting or asking me what to serve. Hotdogs are cold, French fries were madness salty. Soda machine was out of order, with only juice type bottles available. Horrible and disappointed with hotdogs, not any special tho. Pls see the size of it, just a 2 condiments length.

Easily the worst breakfast sandwich I’ve had in a LONG time. I asked for a sausage and cheese sandwich w/no egg. I opened it up and there was egg and no cheese. Then the meat was still cold because it was only thawed out. Then the risk sausage patty was bland. To top it off, this was a $10 sandwich ???.

20 minutes until 9 and staff say they are closed. Either need to update online hours or staff was just done.
Was there yesterday and first we asked for fries and the guy said they didn't have any, well when he opened the fridge it was full with fries boxes, the hot dog bun was full of black oil that means the frying oil must have been disgusting... I got really sick after eating there, should've left as soon as he said they didn't have fries...
Plus need to hire someone else, one person isn't enough. Worst experience ever, but lesson learned
