Amazing food!!
Have eaten twice at Nonna Dora- absolutely delicious both times and excellent service. The lasagna (both the bolognese and mushroom) are excellent! The arancini and frittatine cacio e pepe are fantastic too! The frolla desert is amazing and I’ve never seen it on any other restaurant menu whether in Atlanta or elsewhere in the States. Go go go to Nonna Dora !

Nonna Dora Italian Eatery is a locally owned, authentic Italian restaurant in Sandy Springs with a small, intimate atmosphere. The food is extremely authentic, delicious, and homemade, with quality ingredients imported from Italy. Dishes are not heavy, and portions are very generous.
Excellent dishes include the pillowy and light gnocchi, the Mediterranean Sea bass seasoned perfectly with kalamata olives and capers, and the lasagna with homemade, tender noodles and creamy bechamel. The meatballs, eggplant parmigiana, fettuccine ragu de carne, Fra Diavolo with shrimp, chicken ravioli, and vodka penne are all also excellent. Each tomato sauce is light and not overpowering. The Caesar salad is very fresh with shaved cheese and croutons.
For dessert, the homemade tiramisu and cannoli are wonderful. The staff is excellent, knowledgeable, and provides top notch, friendly, and efficient service. The wine selection is great, with wine, beer, and some spirits available. The restaurant also offers a Saturday brunch menu. It is highly recommended to order bread to enjoy any leftover sauce.
