Had to wait 25 minutes for just a side of fries... I understand things get busy, but it seems like common sense to quickly put out small orders that don't require much. And at $6.00, it was disappointing to have received such a small portion. It could have at least been filled to where the flaps of the box folds in.
I don’t know why the reviews are so bad, we ordered 4 meals and got our food in 5 minutes and none of the staff were rude.
Genuinely the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. The girl at the counter was extremely rude and likes to speak to customers as if they’re stupid. My family was struggling to order, which I understand can be frustrating, but there’s no reason to get snappy and cut people off when they’re asking you a question about payment.
