Didn’t take our order at table for 30 minutes. Had to leave.
I had sushi sashimi from lunch menu and the quality and portion for the price is excellent. Service was also very good and quick. Highly recommend ~

First timer here. Went with friends to grab dinner. Very cool atmosphere, and wait time wasn’t long but service was pretty disappointing. I’d give it another shot but the food was so bland, it honestly wouldn’t be worth the money. The doozy of the night was my drink order. My waitress tried to convince me that what she brought me was what I ordered, which was a hibiscus mojito. She bought a hibiscus mule. Which would’ve been fine, but the drink tasted so bad. I asked to change it out for a different drink, which was also bad. Medicinal, with a very bitter aftertaste. Not the fruity, refreshing raspberry cocktail I hoped for. I went to the bar directly, and the bartender came up and told me that she made the drink herself. I asked what was in the drink that was raspberry (because I tasted nothing of the sort, and the drink had no puree or equivalent). She said it was made with a raspberry liqueur. Ok, fair enough. It still tasted bad, so I asked for another different drink. She was clearly offended.. stared me down, put on the fakest, most condescending smile then asked what I would I like. I got their watermelon mint lemonade. When it came, worst drink of my life. She clearly put something in it to retaliate. Tasted like pure vinegar. Waitress definitely knew too. I get working in service is a pain, having a bad day, and all of that. But I wasn’t rude or anything. I’ve done my time working service & retail, so we still left a good tip. But definitely not coming back. Shifty service staff, and the pricey food is just not worth it. Beware the vindictive, short-haired blonde bartender.

Used to love this place but it’s not it anymore. Mostly bad service and drinks but also food was bland.
First let me start by saying I don't live in the area, I'm 13 miles away. I placed a togo order for two Avocado rolls when I got home I found i received to California rolls so now I'm out of 17 + dollar and still hungry. They were not friendly or polite! Definitely not my experience when I go for lunch! I won't go again and I'll be sharing my experience with my co-workers!

stopped by during my lunch break & received a slice of cheesecake that was frozen solid & came with dust & hair on top. since i was at work i came back to get a refund at the end of my shift since i obviously couldn’t eat it & was told it was too late to return even though i offered to show the picture i took immediately after i noticed the hairs, with the time stamp. after going back & forth with me, breathing heavy & slamming bags around she “agreed” to give me the refund & without asking for my card (which is usually the only way a refund can be given through pos) she print out a voided transaction ticket and tells me bye.

Nova is consistently excellent. Dine in, carry out, or delivery, it doesn’t matter it’s always fresh and well made with high quality ingredients. The sushi chef is as good as Nobu, no joke. Highly recommend!!

Nova is one of my favorite places to eat at when my work friends and I want to go out for lunch. They are very consistent and very kind there. The teriyaki chicken plate is a personal favorite as the taste and amount of food you get is great! My friends and I all love Nova!

I have been on a hunt for good sushi near me, that’s ok for a casual week night, and I always come back here. My favorite is spicy tuna and the lettuce wraps!

Great lunch deal! 3 rolls (6 pieces each) for $17. Fish was fresh and tasty. Spicy tuna roll was the perfect amount of spicy. My favorite was the yellowtail scallion roll. Free parking in the lot out front (admittedly was a bit crowded at 1pm as it shares with Sloomoo and a few other places, but we got a spot).

I’ll take this as my sign to stop coming to nova. I have endured their poor/dismissive service because the food is good. However, today I found a piece of a long piece hair in my food. I’m disgusted.

That blonde waitress that worked on Thursday night March 27th needs to fix her altitude if she wants to keep working in the service industry. Incredibly disrespectful!
