Terrible service, will never come back to this location and 99% not to a different Nova.

Servers are entitled, laughable, and not good at their job
They ran out of the restaurant to ask for a bigger tip cause 10% wasn't enough for them, huh, if it wasn't the consequences of one's actions

Service…terrible. I had a horrific experience where the one roll I ordered took 30 minutes to come. We just wanted a light dinner before a movie and made that clear.
I tipped 10% so $1.5 only on a small item and my friends tipped 15% (at least $2 each) so the server got something at least. Service was bad.
We went to pay at the counter and when she saw my low tip she said “um where is the tip”, I said “it’s there”. Then we leave and she follows me out the door and says “where is the tip”, and I said “it’s there”, ludicrous behavior. Entitled and scammy

This place is honestly mid. Used to come here all the time but they went under new management and it’s been a mess since. Servers here are extremely ENTITLED to tips here yet they give mediocre service which is buzzard. Never in my life have a went to a restaurant and was forced by the server to leave a tip for MEDICORE SERVICE.There’s definitely BETTER sushi places in this area. So I would not recommend

This placed used to be a go to spot for me but not anymore. Costumer service is honestly mid at most and that’s being generous..The food is ok nothing special. They also started adding gratuity recently which I find to be ridiculous. And since they added gratuity they try to make you order more than you want which is ridiculous honestly. Servers will constantly pest you about ordering more. So I would recommend just finding somewhere else to eat at. This place is a JOKE!

Came In About 3 Employees were sitting down eating at Different tables, While there were customers there…Was waiting on a order guy sitting eating told me 5 minutes for order never go to the back to check…I understand its slow but still keep professionalism you never know who coming in

I went to Nova for a quick lunch. The food was okay. The waitress that ran out of the restaurant, loudly asking me why I didn't leave a tip for Mongolian beef and tap water was embarassing and unprofessional. I'll never come back here.

If you’re coming here for sushi honestly don’t bother… so many other good places around that will provide you with much better food and customer service. If you’ve ever had decent quality sushi I beg you to stay away, their quality is bottom tier at best. The only slightly enjoyably edible thing I had was a crab roll and that’s because it was the fake crab. Customer service also needs some work. Charging 1$ for a microscopic side of spicy mayo or any other sauce that should come with a roll is absurd

Just picked up a to go order tonight. They greeted me as soon as I walked in to pick up, food is hot, communication is good on when it’s ready. Crab Rangoons, steak and chicken hibachi, and egg drop soup were all excellent. Will def be back! ☺️

Had my first date with my wife here and it was amazing. The food plus the service was immaculate. The booths are comfy and bouncy which I like and the table's are never sticky. When walking in I always get serviced, they are quick to it and always have a smile. The TVs always got sports on which is a good thing for when the wife is yapping about something I can look over at the some NBA game playing. JK I love my wife. But really, the food is so good, my wife always gets some sushi and I always get some hibachi which I devour. For leftovers its still good, the food saves very well. And the location is also amazing. After the meal you can head right across the street to Target to get some dessert for home or do some shopping right after a filling meal. Overall 10/10 love this place!
