This is the worst culinary experience i have ever had, and I've had many. I hadn't had Panda Express since i was a kid and was really looking forward to trying it again in the middle of an intercontinental flight (that in itself is exhausting). The lady behind the counter (woman in her 40s or 50s with an attitude) slapping the food on the trays was the worst, i wasn't told my options even though i clearly was a bit lost. In literally 3 seconds she dismissed me and gave me something i didnt order but i had no time to say anything about it because i had already been moved down the line. I tried, but was ignored - so i gave up. Ironically, she randomly decided to give me the orange chicken which is the ONLY thing I absolutely do not like. The food was way too sweet and spicy for me, tasted like sugar and nothing else. I regret giving my time and money to that place and 100% blame the rude employee that took my order. Now i'm tired, hungry, and my mouth itches. Never again....

Usually Panda Express is a very good place for eating Chinese food . But Today I went to Panda Express in Atlanta airport arrival part .Attached photo woman who served me very less amount of Noodles for bigger plate portion . I can guarantee it’s lesser than half a portion . When I queried this woman about that she ignored and served to others . I felt it’s influential racisim that not be tollerated these kind of private business.This is very disgusting and unfair for the customers who is paying the full amount for the portion . I had to wait till longer time with her ignorance. I saw she serverd the correct portion for other customers. Management this is FYIA.

I love this place and always stop by whenever I come to USA. UNFORTUNATELY the service today was terrible. The cashier had the worst attitude and wanted to fight (this happened today around midday). Please choose people that actually enjoy doing their work. It is not the customers fault! As a customer I kindly ask for something, they don't listen, they get angry and then obviously one does not have to stand their frustrations.
