It’s ATL airport so the bar is already low. Multiple times I’ve been here their ENTIRE fountain soda machine “doesn’t work.” It must be run by the McDonald’s shake people or they are just too lazy to fix/refill it. Either one is plausible.

Threw away the food without eating after only a couple of bites. The chicken did not taste good at all. The rice was very dry. They were missing half of the stuff on the menu. I do not recommend that or there are all the better options at this airport.

Chow mein was cold and poorly made, rest of my order was good. Asked politely if they could swap out the noodles, staff caught an attitude and snapped back that all of the food was fresh. Not my first time eating Panda Express, but it’ll be the last time I eat at this one.

They had no white rice, no chow mein, only fried rice that was pale and missing half its ingredients. They had very few entree selections, maybe 5 or so. Their fountain drink machine was out so no drinks other than the small selection of bottles. And they wouldnt take cash. Not a great experience at all

Having just returned from a “developing country” where all the food was amazingly fresh accompanied by friendly service, it was sad for this to be my first dining experience back in the US. The selection was extremely limited, with half the menu items missing, and only bottled drinks available—no fountain options at all. The staff had a dismissive attitude, which just made it worse. It’s depressing how corporate America has killed food service in airports across the country. Definitely not worth it.”
