I have always gone to this Panera Bread but not again. I had my wallet stolen out of my purse while in the dining room on 2/15/18. While I realize it is not Panera's fault the general manager did not even contact me which I was told she would by the employees on site and she didn't even respond when I sent her a direct email about the situation.
