I recently visited Menchies in Buckhead and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The cleanliness of the floor and counters left much to be desired, and the ice cream handles were sticky. When assembling my cup, I noticed old and bad blueberries mixed in, along with some strawberries that had gone bad.I approached an employee, and she was very sweet and directed me to the trash when I asked to dispose of the spoiled strawberry. If I could rate a 0 I would. It says they close at 8, yet they close over an hour early every time. This management is HORRIBLE! If you have low expectations for this place, make them even lower. This place should be shut down.
