“Visited the Panera Bread at Northlake Mall today, and overall, the experience was good. The food was fresh, service was efficient, and everything came out quickly. The staff was pleasant, and the facility was generally well kept.
However, one issue really stood out. Guests dining in should not have to clean their own tables. During my visit, several tables were left uncleaned, and I had to use napkins and water to wipe down my table before sitting. On a busy Sunday evening—especially with many older patrons—this shouldn’t be the expectation.
While I understand things can get busy, there should be more consistency in maintaining the dining area so it’s ready for the next guest.
That said, I do want to commend the team for their efficiency and professionalism. With a little more attention to the dining area, this location would easily be a strong 4.5-5 experience.“

AMAZING SERVICE and you can tell they make the food with nothing but love.the manager mareese made sure i was taken care of and lilly, ian and barbary excelled in customer service. i live 45 mins away from here but im willing to make the drive to them every time! love yall and thank you again for being angels <4“
“This is my first time visiting Panera Bread. We ordered the Iced Coffee and Strawberry Basil Lemonade Fresca with no ice. It’s was delicious.
Staff were nice.
There is ample seating.
Plenty of parking.“
“Kiosk order only on the day I went. The menu was easy to navigate. I went a bit after the lunch rush so everything was easy. They had a huge monitor displaying my order status which was nice. Good sandwich but probably a little too much for what it was. Not sure if this location charges more for being in a hospital.“
“My go to place for lunch, I really appreciate their selection of soups and sandwiches.
The service is amazing, place the order online and it's ready literally in 3min.

“Food is good and made to order. Service was fine. But the place was in disrepair. The trash up front was full and overflowing when we walked in. The sink in the ladies room was leaking with a substantial amount of water in a bucket underneath. Several ceiling tiles were stained and a couple even missing. This place needs some maintenance love and a more frequent care routine (changing trash, draining the bucket catching sink leak more frequently).“
